  These people are completely inept, from the front staff to the doctors. There is a black man that works there that was nothing but pleasant - otherwise I have nothing nice to say about this practice, and I have been around. The black WOMAN who works the front desk is horrid. No customer service skills whatsoever. I am stunned they haven't fired her. The doctors are negligent, prescribed me pills that sent me to ER. That's never happened to me before. And when I tried to talk to the doctor about it I was blocked completely. They only listen when you come in and pay, not when you are at home or in the ER having a severe negative reaction from a drug THEY prescribed (Viibryd in this case). This "faith-based" business is in it for the money. Avoid at all costs. They DO NOT CARE about their patients at all.
