  Update: I am 2 months in and I am down 40lbs. Still love it and will continue to share my love for this gym.
  
  An amazing workout experience. It is not easy by any means. The instructor is great. The workout allows you to push yourself and there is room for growth as you get better in each level. I went for the free workout Friday morning and joined right after. I have already completed workout 2 and # 3 is scheduled. DO yourself a favor and give them a try.
