  Dr. Silverstein: I had to cancel my surgery last week (which was scheduled over 4 months ago with your practice) because I've been quoted so many different amounts for my pre-authorization estimates from your practice who can't seem to figure out my dual insurance coverage so I left three different messages for you to call me back since I've been given amounts ranging from $0 out of pocket to $5000. However, you haven't bothered to return any of these messages or address my concerns since my request for a return phone call last Monday (almost 2 weeks ago). I'm now glad that I didn't trust your practice with this surgery and that I questioned what I was originally told by your office staff as far as costs. Terrible service.
