  I always had a fear of Cross fit and I went to many gyms before finding Atlanta Strength and Conditioning. Chris, the owner, was offering a program called the New You Program and it was a 6 week program introducing cross fit to beginners. I took this class and will be joining this gym. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The coaches at this gym are patient and really do care about their clients. I will be a member starting next week and I will be recommending this gym to all my friends and family. If you have ever thought about joining a Cross Fit or Strength and Conditioning Gym I highly recommend Atlanta Strength and Conditioning.
